I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ostello Salento, and I can genuinely say it was a delightful retreat! Just a short two-minute walk from the train station, it was super convenient for exploring the stunning Italian coast. The atmosphere was vibrant, with plenty of common areas perfect for mingling; I met fellow travelers who shared my passion for marine life and adventure. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making it easy to navigate the area. I loved that the bathrooms were cleaned daily, and the outdoor swimming pool was a great spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Plus, the complimentary Italian breakfast was a treat! This hostel is an ideal spot for solo backpackers or those keen to connect with other ocean enthusiasts. Highly recommend!
